The Surfsand Resort Ballroom

Featuring breathtaking panoramic ocean and coastal mountain views, with a focus on Haystack Rock and the rugged Oregon coastline, our nearly 3,000 square-foot ballroom, with a huge stone fireplace and massive wooden beams, combines the rustic feel of an ocean lodge, with the elegance of a sophisticated great hall. Arched ceilings, plush warm carpets and brass chandeliers all add to the warmth of the ocean view setting. Outdoor decks off the north and south ends of the ballroom provide guests with an opportunity to take in the fresh open air. For smaller groups or more intimate occasions, the ballroom can be easily divided into three separate spaces.

The Haystack Garden’s Retreat Center

Situated on one of the most beautiful, private park-like gardens on the coast, this jewel-like property offers couples the chance to share an intimate wedding with friends and family. With the ocean beach and Surfsand Resort just steps away, you can say your vows surrounded by flowers and trees in this exotic private garden. Then, choose from a variety of options for your post wedding celebrations. Our acclaimed Wayfarer Restaurant is ready to cater your reception at Haystack Gardens where, weather permitting, guests can dine outside surrounded by the beauty of the formal gardens. Just across the street, the Surfsand Resort Ballroom is also available. We will even cater bonfires on the beach, or serve champagne toasts from our ocean-view roof top veranda.
